Craig has spent his career where technology cannot fail quietly. He has led enterprise technology change in aviation – e-enablement, electronic flight bags, inflight connectivity and maintenance systems – and infrastructure and integration programmes across financial services, government and media.
That work taught him that the hardest part of technology is rarely the technology: it is making the right decision, documenting it and delivering it without surprises. A CompTIA subject matter expert and active Royal Aeronautical Society member, Craig brings aviation-grade discipline to every client, whatever their sector.

Lynda Irving
Delivery assurance, quality engineering, AI readiness and governance, women in tech
Lynda did not take the traditional route into technology. She moved from business support into IT testing and spent ten years in quality assurance and project delivery across banking, insurance and aviation.
Testing taught her to trust evidence over assumptions – a mindset she now applies to helping organisations adopt AI safely. An AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Lynda was named GTIA ANZ Future Leader 2026 and sits on the GTIA ANZ Executive Council. She is a champion for women in technology and mentors the next generation through community and school outreach.
